ABOUT US
Since 1995, Vagner Corrêa worked in the timber industry, starting at a plywood factory. Five years later he became a sales representative for lumber and plywood in the domestic market. Over the years, he invested in reforestation, planting eucalyptus and pine trees. From 2016 to 2021, Vagner was the CEO of an export-oriented plywood mill with his son, Felipe Rui Corrêa, on the staff. W2 Woods LLC is a father-son business, created to supply plywood, lumber and MDF to different markets and customers, seeking to meet their needs with quality, deadlines, price; bringing solutions for different needs of their costumers. We have a staff in Brazil to control the whole process, from the production in the mill to the container shipment.

FAqs
We usually work with 'FOB supplier local port' and 'CFR', but we can also do 'FOB costumer port'. Other INCOTERMS as 'DDP' can be discussed too.
We usually starts with 30% in advance and balance against documents for first shipments, then we can go to 100% against copy of bill of landing. L/C at sight is an option. Other payments conditions can be discussed too.
For plywood we have a inspector that go to the mills during the manufacturing of the plywood to guarantee the thickness tolerance, the grade and also bonding quality, getting samples and testing them in our own lab.
Most of our woods came from Brazil. The origin depends on costumer needs in term of quality, appearance, strength and so on. We can also source from China.
In accordance with our Purchase Policy, W2 Woods LLC does not purchase controversial sources, that is, sources from areas that may be directly or indirectly involved in the following activities:
a) Illegal logging or illegal forest products or logging trade;
b) Violation of traditional rights and human rights in forest operations;
c) Destruction of high conservation values in forest operations;
d) Substantial conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use;
e) Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forest operations;
f) Violation of any of the ILO fundamental conventions as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Labor Principles and Rights, 1998.
Each product has his own available certifications but we can offer with CARB compliant, FSC, HT, and PS1-09.
